Appointment requests are submitted via the website inquiry form or by phone. A request is not a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms the date, time, and clinical suitability.
What to bring
Please bring relevant medical records, surgical discharge notes, prescriptions, or referral documents to your first visit. This helps the clinician plan appropriate care.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.
Clinic hours
The clinic operates Monday–Saturday by confirmed appointment; Sunday is closed. Phone response is available 24×7.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable at the time of the visit. Please contact the clinic for current rates and confirm reimbursement eligibility directly with your insurer.
